Privacy policy

If you email us, book through Calendly, or otherwise contact us, we use the information you provide to respond, assess fit, and manage the business relationship. Calendly and your email provider process information under their own privacy terms.

The public phone experience is a fictional, non-clinical demonstration. Callers are instructed not to provide health, payment, insurance, identification, or other sensitive information. The demonstration is not a healthcare service and does not create a real appointment.

The demonstration may use third-party voice and telephony providers to connect a call. We configure recording, transcription, and retention to the minimum practical level for the demonstration. Providers may still process technical metadata required to operate the service. Production clinic deployments are governed by separate contracts, clinic instructions, risk reviews, and applicable business-associate or data-processing agreements.

The public marketing website does not receive protected patient information. Any production healthcare workflow is deployed separately with client-approved data flows, access controls, retention settings, security responsibilities, and appropriate vendor agreements. The clinic remains responsible for its clinical decisions and patient relationship.

The current static website does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Hosting providers may process basic request and security logs. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated first.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you or request correction or deletion, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Email hello@jonkerssolutions.co.za.
